Product usage
Dried product / Immerse in water and soak for approximately 3 hours > lightly wash
> boil for 2 minutes > cool under running water and strain > use in cooking
Frozen products / thaw with water > immerse in water for 1 hour > lightly wash
> boil for 2 minutes > cool under running water and strain > use in cooking
This is a healthy, low-fat product
The ingredients have no taste. When immersed in coloring and/or seasonings,
those will stick to the product. It blends well with flavors from cuisine.
