With the help of matching lens of camera and the C-mount parfocal adapter when changing from one objective to another, both the new image shown on screen of PC through the C-mount camera and the new image viewed by your eye through eyepiece should be either in focus or close enough so that you can refocus with only minor adjustments, It’s an affordable and effective imaging solution for microscopy in teaching, medical training and scientific researching.
