New designed small mini sorghum/barley/millet/soybean/wheat/buckwheat/oat thresher and sheller

1.it is used to shell many kind of grains, such as: sorghum,millet, bean, wheat ,oat, paddy ,buckwheat soybean,oil seed and so on.

2. Structure: The thresher consists of feeder hopper, roller, screen mesh and main frame etc..

3. Operation Principle

When the machine in operation, firstly put the crops into machine from feeder, and the crops will be rubbed, squeezed, collided and shaken by assembly of rack and screen mesh, then to make the grain seperated from culm, then flowing out from the screen mesh. Finally, the culm will be thrown out by centrifugation of roller, and threshing is finished .

Work principle for wheat/rice thresher

1) Main parts: Feed hopper, roller, concave, frame

2) Please feed the crop uniformly in a row. After assembly rubbing,squeezing,colliding ext. to make the grain away, the flow out through the concave.

Installation for wheat/rice thresher

1) Please put the rice/wheat thresher on the flat place

2) Please fix the right motor

3) Please check the V-belt carefully and adjust the direction of the motor.

4) Please adjust the space between rollers and concave

5) Do make sure the screw tight

6) Do make the thresher spinning 3-5 minutes to assure no any abnormality happen, then start to work.
