German technical background VOK ®- Disper W980 Wetting Dispersant
VOK ®- Disper W980 is a wetting and dispersing agent used to reduce viscosity and prevent filler settlement. It is suitable for room temperature curing resin systems and adhesives, as well as polyester molding mixtures, wet molding and pultrusion applications.

Product features and advantages
The wetting and dispersing additive can improve the dispersion of various commonly used fillers, such as calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide. It can reduce the viscosity of the filling resin and increase the filling amount. In most cases, the settlement of filler during storage and processing is reduced.
Recommended use
The additive is especially recommended for unsaturated polyester resin, acrylic acid, polyurethane and epoxy resin, and is highly efficient in all application fields.
Recommended dosage
0.5-1.5% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on filler.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

The additive improves the wettability and dispersion of various mineral fillers, such as calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide (ATH), thereby reducing the viscosity and increasing the filling amount. Recommended use
The additive is particularly recommended for HMC polyester molding mixtures, wet molding and pultrusion applications using unsaturated polyester/vinyl ester, epoxy and acrylic resins.

1-2% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on filler, used for HMC molding mixture and wet molding.
0.5-1.5% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on filler and used for pultrusion application.
