Overview: VOK®-DF 7010 is an economical and universal water-based defoamer with good long-term defoaming effect

Composition: mixture of mineral oil and wax
Appearance: light amber waxy liquid
Ingredients: 99-100%
Viscosity: 600-4000 mPa. s (25 ℃)
Solubility: weak emulsification in water will cause unstable lotion and rapid formation of paste appearance
Specific gravity: 0.840-0.880 (25 ℃)
Application field
Emulsion paint and other water-based systems with good emulsification performance
Characteristics and use
VOK®-DF 7010 is recommended for systems with good emulsification effect, such as lotion containing surfactant and its lotion coating system.VOK®-DF 7010 is based on mineral oil and wax, and contains a small amount of special organosilicon. Because of its special preparation process, it has good product storage stability, VOK®-DF 7010 is not easy to separate or settle after being stored for a long time
VOK®-DF 7010 has low emulsification in water, thus providing long-term defoaming effect, reducing sensitivity to water and increasing scrub resistance
Addition amount and use method
The amount added depends on the specific situation
Generally, adding 0.2-0.5% of the total formula can achieve ideal results
When grinding slurry, it is recommended to add at least Half of the total amount of VOK®-DF 7010, and the rest will be added in the paint mixing stage
Storage
Keep away from heat and fire sources. Place in a cool and ventilated place, and keep the container tight
The storage environment is above 4 ℃ (40 ℉)
